Supporters, first and foremost, are our partners.

We use the name Supporter because we view our relationship as more than just a transactional one, unlike most events. “Supporter” encompasses all the various organizations and individuals that make up our exhibitors, advertisers and sponsors. The types of Supporters can be quite dynamic, given the diversity of options, and by categorizing the groups in this way allows us to address them all simultaneously.

While all are considered Supporters in our eyes, we understand that organizations identify with specific archetypes and to keep with industry standards and expectations, we have divided up some specific Supporter attributes into recognizable sections such as Exhibitors, Advertisers and Sponsors.

Exhibitors are traditionally considered those organizations or individuals that only take ownership of a specific space or area in a Convention or Trade Show.

• Standard Exhibitor Booths are 10×10 and include pipe and drape, a six foot table that is clothed and skirted, two chairs and signage for $500.00.
• Corner Exhibitor Booths upgrades are an additional $250.00.
• Small Press/Artist Tables include one six foot table that is clothed and skirted, two chairs for $200.00

Sponsors are traditionally considered those organizations or individuals that trade payment and/or product for an agreed upon level of product and/or brand placement at a Convention or Trade Show. Sponsors range from small in-kind partners to the large, presenting brand of an event.

DEVASTATION offers a wide array of packages and a la cart items for potential sponsorships.

Advertisers are traditionally considered those organizations or individuals that trade payment and/or product for an agreed upon level of product and/or brand placement at a Convention or Trade Show. While not commonly as large sponsor-level, the line between and advertiser and sponsor is very thin and normally is distinguished by the lack of naming rights to an area or event.

For all intents and purposes, advertisers fall under our definition of supporters and is only listed here in the case that an organization is more familiar with the term.

CSI etc. is our event contractor and offers a wide array of services and options to our Supporters:

• Freight & Material Handling
• Carpet and Drapery
• Cleaning and Porterage
• Floral and Foliage
• Photography
• Installation and Dismantle

While we provide piped and draped booths and tables, as a Supporter, you are not restricted solely to our baseline offerings. You are welcome to provide your own booth or rent a customized option through CSI etc.

The City of Phoenix require any Supporters who are selling product to obtain a temporary sales permit for the collection of sales tax. The form is provided here for your convenience, however, DEVASTATION has no role in this process. Any questions regarding this form should be directed to the City’s Department of Revenue.

Commonwealth Electric is the power provider at the Phoenix Convention Center and all power requests are sent directly through them.
