It seems surreal that the event is next week. Months of preparation and there are still tons of items to complete… speaking of, we have some action items for YOU!

There are two items that you need to look at if you are attending DEVASTATION 2011: Online Event Registration and Hotel Accommodations.

Online Event Registration
Online Event Registration is set to close on Monday, October 3rd.

Important Notes

• You are still able to purchase tickets online
• You are still able to purchase tickets onsite
• You are still able to register for events onsite

This only means that the online registration form will be removed and that you will need to register onsite.

Now, a note about registering onsite: it will be less fun than registering online.

Not only will you have to wait in lines and fill out paper forms, you will be limited in the selections you can enter in. It really is in your best interest to register online now and save yourself from having to register onsite.

Hotel Accommodations
We have sold out of our initial block of rooms at the Hyatt several times over and even though the close date for the discounted price was last week, the Hyatt has graciously extended the discount rate window. There are still rooms, both King and Double Queen, that are available to reserve but they will not last past next week.

In fact, the Hyatt is set to completely close out the discounted rate on Monday, October 3rd unless they sell out sooner.
