• Free For All (FFA)

Judging Criteria

• Execution, 50%.
  How well the selected push up was performed including positioning and accuracy.
• Completion, 50%.
  If the push up was completed or not.

Special Rules

• Participants will be eliminated/removed from the contest by judges as they fail to complete the push ups as per the criteria until a single entrant remains
• Judges will determine and announce the types of push ups to perform and duration
• This is a physically demanding event and you enter at your own risk
