General Conduct and Expectations

The following rules and expectations are in place to protect the integrity of the Event as well as the safety of players and attendees. It is the expectation that everyone understands these rules as ignorance will not be a suitable excuse for non-compliance. As unforseen circumstances may arise, the Event Organizer reserves the right to change any rule and/or remove any player or attendee, at any time, at their sole discretion.

  • Players and attendees will conduct themselves in a reasonable and polite manner. It is expected that a friendly and courteous demeanor will be maintained toward all players, Event staff and officials, members of the press, supporters, spectators, and any other persons related to or present at the Event.

  • Abusive or dispruptive behavior of any kind from anyone, including harassment, vulgar language, fighting, and threats are prohibited. Additonally, any actions that are determined to be intentional interferences with the Event, including, but not limited to, game delays, damaging game stations or equipment, or interrupting other player’s games are prohibited as well.

  • Any players or attendees that are seen to be intoxicated or under the influence of illicit drugs will be immediately removed from the Event. Non-compliance will result in the appropriate authorities being contacted and your physical removal from the premises.

  • Collaboration, of any kind, is prohibited. If it is determined that any player is collaborating or intentionally underperforming both players may be immediately disqualified and/or removed from the Event. As this is a subjective matter, based on the opinions of the Event staff, it is in players’ best interests to always perform to the best of their abilities.

  • Players must be available for any and all Event-related appearances, awards ceremonies, presentations, and interviews. By attending the Event all players, attendees, and guests agree to the release and use of any images, videos, audio, or other media content where their exact person or likeness is captured or created.
