Schedule Explained

The Schedule looks pretty involved, right?

To create a more customized and manageable schedule for our attendees, we have adopted a new process for managing and scheduling events. We have arranged multiple start times and days for events to allow attendees to select what and when they want to compete. Certainly, there are still some levels of restriction as far as start times and conflicting events but the new process provides a dynamic shift in the event experience.

In the end, attendees have more flexibility and control over when they compete.

Note: The Schedule may be changed at any time to accomodate the needs of the Event and it is the Attendee’s responsibility to remain aware and make changes accordingly.
